Master Dance Class

This video is taken from a workshop I gave at Tartu Dance Academy– a wonderful dance school and a place for creativity in Tartu, my home town in Estonia. Parents and kids of all ages came and we had a great time! The title of the workshop was “What is Somatics?” I talked about somatics, an umbrella term for a number of movement methods that focus on physical awareness and the body as a place for knowledge and connection to the self. We danced, drew, laughed, and shared!
